Fake tanning has come such a long way over recent years, now you can have a spray tan in less than 15 minutes and walk out of the salon looking as if you have spent two weeks a beach.

Spray tanning has never been so popular, and while we can not change the attitude of all our clients wishing to sport golden skin, we hope that we can help educate them about the dangers by offering them an alternative solution to the golden sun kissed look, without any damage to the skin.

Golden Skin with Innovation
Crystal Clear Instant Spray Tan works on the outer layers of the Epidermis. The tanning solution is projected onto the skin in a fine mist to ensure even tanning.

One of the active ingredients within the tanning solution is
dihydroxyacetone (DHA), a colourless sugar that interacts with the dead skin cells. This causes a colour change to occur which results in the appearance of tanned skin. The amount of DHA determines the depth of the tan, with results normally lasting 7 to 10 days.

Just like a normal tan, the skin cells are sloughed away causing the fake tan to fade in the same way as a sun tan. Crystal Clear Oxygen Polish, used at home, will keep your skin in tip top condition by helping slough of dead skin cells and keep the skin looking smooth and silky and prepared for the next tanning session.
