30 Day Returns
At Crystal Clear Skin, we have a 30-day returns policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Reasons for Return
Change of Mind
If the product received back to us is unopened, unused and in the original packaging we can either offer you a refund or exchange. You will need to return within 30 days of purchasing the item(s) and pay for return shipping.
If the product has been opened or used, we are unfortunately unable to provide a refund or exchange.
Ordered Incorrect Item or Shade
You can return your item(s) if you ordered incorrectly, as long as the item(s) is unopened, unused and in the original packaging. You will need to return within 30 days of purchasing and pay for return shipping.
Damaged In Transit
In the rare instance that your order arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please don’t dispose of the item until you have contacted our customer service team.
Received incorrect item
If you have received the wrong item(s), you can return your item(s) free of charge and Crystal Clear Skin will cover any shipping costs. We must be notified of incorrect item(s) within 7 days of delivery.
If you believe the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault and a photo if possible. Faulty returns will be discussed on a case by case basis.
We are an authorised Omnilux stockist and all customers are covered by the official warranty (2 year device, 1 year controller). Please note, we do not offer the 30-day money back guarantee for change of mind and can not process refunds in this instance.
